How to Enroll

Application Process

Step 1:
Browse our website and learn about New Einsteins Academy. Then call us at 773-489-0900 to arrange for a tour. It is important to us that our families are well-informed and comfortable with our program before enrolling.

Step 2:
Once you have decided to enroll in our center, complete and return the Application Form along with a one-time $150 registration fee ($225 for 2 children).

Step 3:
Upon acceptance, NEA’s Director will contact you to schedule a Registration Appointment during which you will:

  • Complete a variety of enrollment forms (or you can download and fill them out at home)
  • Pay your first month tuition
  • Submit your child’s current health form with proof of vaccinations, results of TB skin test and lead screening
  • Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Receive a Parent Handbook 

 

Payment Policy and General Information

Rates include:

  • Organic food, snacks and drinks
  • Diapers and wipes
  • All enrichment programs
  • Toilet-training

Registration fee

  • $150 for the 1st child enrolled
  • $75 for the 2nd child enrolled

Payment

  • Payment is due on the 1st of every month
  • There is a 3 day grace period if the 1st of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday
  • Full payment of tuition is due regardless of absences (the expenses to maintain services for your child remain constant even if the child is absent)

Re-enrollment
(Please Note)

  • Parents must provide a $1,000 reservation fee by March 31st in order to hold a space in the new school year. 
  • This deposit wil be applied to September tuition and becomes non-refundable after July 31st

Payment types

  • Money order or cashier’s check
  • Cash
  • EFT
  • ACH

Late payments

  • $30 late fee if payment is more than 5 days late

Sibling discount

  • 15% discount on the lowest tuition is applied for siblings

Insufficient Funds Fee

  • $30
  • Any account which is charged for three (3) NSFs per year will require that all future payments be paid by cash, money order or cashier’s check

Late pick-up fees

  • Failure to pick up your child by closing time will require an additional charge of $1 per minute payable to the teacher in charge

Reasons for enrollment termination

  • Non-payment of tuition and fees
  • Breaking NEA’s rules and regulations
  • The school is unable to meet your child’s needs

Withdrawal policy

  • A written 30 day notice is required.  Parents will be billed for the entire period of the notice regardless of the actual end date.

Holidays

  • School will be closed for major national holidays and winter break (Download calendar)
