Private tours are offered year-round and serve as the first step in the enrollment process. We believe families should feel well-informed, welcomed, and fully comfortable with our program before making the decision to enroll.
Once you have decided to move forward, please complete and submit the application for your preferred location. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee placement. After your completed application is received, your child will either be offered a space or placed on the waitlist, depending on current availability. Families on the waitlist receive frequent updates.

Once the space is offered:
To reserve your child’s place at New Einsteins Academy, the following fees are due within 3 business days of receiving an enrollment offer:

Registration Fee: $300 for the first child and $150 for each sibling
(This fee is non-refundable.) -
First Month’s Tuition

Half-Month Deposit: This deposit will be applied to your child’s final month of tuition, as long as we receive at least 30 days’ notice of withdrawal
Please note:

If you accept a spot and submit payment, but later decide not to enroll, we ask for at least 45 days’ notice before your child’s start date. Without that notice, payments made will not be refunded.
Children are expected to begin within one week of the agreed start date. After that one-week grace period, tuition is not prorated for absences or delayed attendance.
Visit
Before your child’s start date, families are invited to schedule a classroom visit with the teacher. This visit offers both parent and child the opportunity to become familiar with the classroom environment, meet teachers and classmates, and begin the transition in a calm and supportive setting.
